Modernist building (1912), belonging to the historic-artistic whole of the Magdalena district. It consists of two levels. On the facade two towers stand out on the sides, with a sloping roof, and a high body with a large cornice. In the lower part the columns are topped with Corinthian capitals. In the higher part the little towers stand out from the line of the little hexagonal roof.
