Centrally-located construction, situated opposite the emblematic Teatro Jofre. Building in a regionalist style, it displays a large staircase, which leads to the triple arcade of the main facade, which creates a marked horizontality, while it constitutes a reference to the classical world. Two towers with a flat roof flank this facade. However, the majority of its structural and decorative elements are more reminiscent of a mountain-type architecture (Cantabrian) than indigenous.
