At A Factoría Ecolóxica, we are dedicated to making organically produced ice cream, certified by the CRAEGA (Galician Ecological Agriculture Regulatory Council).
Through traditional procedures and with organic ingredients, and mostly local, we make daily ice cream for all tastes and needs; from vegan ice creams (0%mg, lactose-free, and without ingredients of animal origin), to the most common specialties, all of them gluten-free, egg-free, vegetable fat-free, GMO-free, flavoring-free and colouring-free.
