This waterfall is on the River Tea, which rises in the Serra do Faro de Avión mountains and flows into the Baixo Miño in Filaboa in Salvaterra de Miño. 

To get to it you can take the Roteiro das Estrelas, an 8km trail that starts in Carballeira de Rei. Another shorter option is to head to the dolmen in Rebordechán in Covelo and park nearby, at the coordinates of 42.318195, -8.304668, before continuing on foot. Cross a small bridge and begin the climb up.

After walking 700m you will find the sign for the Roteiro das Estrelas and the Parrelos waterfall. Start to climb down and after 500m you reach a viewpoint where you can take in the waterfall from above.

From here you can carry on along a narrow trail to a bench just in front of the waterfall and then keep on heading down, taking great care on the large rocks, to reach the natural pool formed by the waterfall.
