It can be reached from the AC-430 road passing through the municipality of Cabana de Bergantiños next to Castro Borneiro, taking the second deviation on the left, or from Ponteceso following the AC-429 road. The access is signposted. It is also known as the Rego dos Muíños or Rego do Roncadoiro waterfalls.
