We will leave the car at A Fontenova, in the parish of Almofrei. Then we will go down the narrow and steep concrete track that goes to the hydroelectric power station, take the detour on the left and go through meadows until we reach a wood. We will cross it and go down the other side on very steep terrain. We will go up the river along its course. The access is not signposted. This waterfall is located on the Almofrei river, a tributary of the Lérez, and along its course we will find several waterfalls. IMPORTANT: in winter it is not advisable to visit it due to the possible danger.
