This building was built by Jenaro de la Fuente Álvarez in 1940. The building is decidedly rationalist in style, using circular shapes and no ornamentation. It has landscaped openings, attics consisting of simple metal tubes, slender protuberances, etc. An interesting feature is the raised pairs of columns on the ground floor, which consist of simple cylindrical tubes, without bases, capitals or other decoration. It is built in fine grained, polished granite from the quarries in the Castrelos hills.
