This building was built in 1907 by Michel Pacewicz and Jenaro de la Fuente Domínguez. The architecture is eclectic, due to the contributions of the most famous architects of the time. Jenaro de la Fuente was responsible for the general layout of the building, including the distribution of openings and the first floor. Pacewicz directed the building work and was particularly responsible for the decorative elements. The two facades are symmetrical, with a closed corner, pilasters and an attic. There are heavily decorated protruding balconies, cornices and lintels. The ornamentation is principally of geometric elements, although there are also some naturalistic elements.
